is a project about a Majorcan softball-club founded in 1992. The club has two teams – the Tigres and the Cardenales. The members originate from the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico, Columbia or the Philippines.
After being refused from several locations, they were allowed to convert an old football field behind a church for their purpose. Without getting any governmental aid the club gets financed by the players and two small sponsors. Everybody is welcome: young, old, big, slim, rich or poor. Community is what counts in the club.
Every Sunday is matchday. Friends and family come together, barbeque, play games and chat. For them it is a little piece of home.
